Buyer is seeking TMCs throughout North America with preferences on the East Coast. Sellers must have Corporate Contracts in place. Buyer will provide contract for employees to stay on including management and owners. Owner(s) and Management Team will continue to run their operation, adding the latest technology and platforms to their current organization. Full Benefits will be part of employment package. Buyer open to putting down 60-70%, along with a year Earn Out.
